Weekly Blog #2 – Birthday Blog!

Welcome to my Weekly Blog #2!

IT’S MY BIRFDAY!

So I’m gonna keep this short.

I wanna say thank you to you all for making the last week and a half  very exciting for me, it’s been a while since I’ve embarked on any solo projects and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s progressing. Your remarks and all that jazz is the best birthday present ever (besides socks…I fucking love new socks, despite their reputation as boring gifts. Nothin’ like a fresh pair of socks). I hope y’all like the site too, and I will continue working to improve it. If you have any suggestions or requests, please let me know on the forums! I can’t do everything, and I’m particularly inept at PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript/everything ever, but I can still try!

Anyways, I’m pretty happy with the schedule I laid out in my last weekly blog post and I’ve decided to make the Quickdraw the focus of my next Master Guide, partly because I want to get some interesting mechs in (as in, not just top tier clan mechs) and partly because I do want to focus on mechs included in the Buying Guide so that I can kinda integrate the two resources.

Also, I did receive the interim replacement graphics card, which means potential streaming! Probably not tonight because I will hopefully be indulging in many vices, but in the next few days I hope! However this does mean I no longer have pent-up MWO energies that demand to be blown out in the form of a website. But I’ll do it anyways 🙂

Anyways, thanks for reading, and onto the

Build of the Week

Sorry lpmagic I legitimately could not come up with a new centurion build that doesn’t just suck or is already on my tier list(s).

What I did come up with is the Spray and Pray

Played around with it a bit last night and, while It’s not the best build, it can be pretty fkn fun – particularly with the LBX2 cooldown modules. A cool thing about LBX AC’s in general is that they don’t get ghost heat, so don’t worry about that. It’s meant to be a brawler sort of mech (sorta like the UAC whale), but your primary weapons still shoot out to 900 meters (and the spread isn’t that bad…well at 900 meters it is, but at medium ranges it isn’t).

You really do spray and pray, just fuckin’ hold down that trigger and hope that your shots start critting shit out soon. Just go crazy and hold those triggers down until your heat bar goes crazy.

And don’t be that guy that uses a macro for it…
