Change Notes
Nova NVA-Prime/B: The Nova was released for C-Bills today, and as such is now usable in competitive play in leagues such as Run Hot or Die, which I am using as my benchmark for what mechs to include within this list. I have added it to both the Medium and Short range sections as a Tier 2 mech. For a long time, I thought that the Nova would be Tier 1 quality, but it is simply too fragile to be a real go-to in competition. That being said, it is still probably the best 50-tonner and if ignored it can put out serious numbers.
Vindicator St. Ives’ Blues: The Vindicator release was fairly underwhelming. It is still not available for C-Bills but from looking at potential loadouts, it is clear that it will not shake anything up. I think that the hero variant is perhaps not completely useless, and so I have added it to Tier 3 for short range, though I doubt we will see this mech in competition much, if at all.
