Change Notes
This is the first update since the re-re-quirkening-mega-balance-pass. A few things have changed. First thing is the re-definition of roles – I’ve now re-distributed the ranges to reflect the notion that there is a difference in playstyle at these range brackets that wasn’t taken into account in my old definitions. This is an evolution of the meta that was actually going on before the big changes which has really taken off now, but I need to point out that the range numbers aren’t exact, and are more about target engagement range: you generally want to be close enough that your weapons do optimal damage but far enough away that you aren’t easy to catch out by people working at a shorter range bracket. Another thing that I changed the last implementation is moving from “lights” to “scouts”, so that it could include non-lights that function as scouts, and exclude lights that don’t primarily function as scouts. Neither of these are common, but they’re not outside of the realm of possibility. Since this is a full rebuild, it’s not going to go over the changes, but yeah. Might record a video later, but I’m exhausted now.
