So I’ve got a lot of stuff to update on this site. Like, a lot of stuff. But the thing I feel most obliged to do is have a reliable build supply up. Which is why I’ve implemented the “Build Database“.
There’s a few reasons for this. The original reason I created this is because PGI hasn’t done anything for new players to give recommended builds for mechs (outside of trials which really aren’t comprehensive), and I’ve really wanted a feature like that for a long time.
Since them I adapted it to be more useful all-around by making it the sort of thing that I will update on a rolling basis rather than once every few weeks, like I do with the Tier Lists. This way, there’s a lot less pressure on doing a massive chunk of work at a time, and I can just keep the pages up while I dick around in Smury’s, adding whatever I feel is worth adding. This also means that it will thicken up as time goes on, but I’ve spent a good chunk of the last week just putting this together so around half the mechs only have one build listed as of yet.
And right now, like I said…I have a lot of stuff that needs to be updated. I hope to have all the Tier Lists done by Steam Release, but I really doubt I’ll get to the Mega List. This way, I got a bunch of builds for you guys optimized for the changes, and I even have some builds that I can use in the Tier Lists. Win-win.
There’s a few other reasons but who cares.
